Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas.
What if I missed a workout?
Everything in life can not be foreseen, including regular workouts in the gym. For various reasons, ranging from illness, finishing, work / study bodybuilding (fitness) can be interrupted, as a result, the athlete skips training. Many people do not know what to do if one training session is missed, and if it is ten to twenty, they may panic altogether,
and if they don’t find a way out of the situation, catch up, they generally stop training. We will give you specific recommendations on what to do if a training session is missed so that you always remain in excellent physical shape, despite the difficulties due to which your regular training may undergo changes.
